Addressing critical bottlenecks in PHP and SQL integration, the company implemented a streamlined content management workflow using Decap CMS and GitLab within a CI/CD pipeline, resulting in a "many read, few write" model that drastically reduced server load. Coupled with Cloudflare CDN optimization and OpenVPN security configurations for secure intranet access, this migration not only resolved scalability issues but also saved hundreds of millions of rupiah quarterly, allowing reallocated budget toward research and development.
